They are well known by many Priests, Rabbis, and Ministers and record the ceremonies unobtrusively - they are often mistaken for wedding guests or family friends.
During the last fifteen years they have completed many assignments for couples from the U K, America, Germany Australia, and Mexico. They have become friends with their clients and often shoot subsequent family photo's of children and loved ones. Cape Town offers great photographic opportunities with mountains, seas, gardens, and wine lands to use as backdrops.
They work with many world class caterers, make-up artists, decorators, DJ's and bands. Their service includes unlimited consultation to include your personal requirements as to the style of the photographs and video.
Each assignment is costed out on materials and time in order to tailor the portfolio to your requirements.

Dirk Visser is Cape Town's well known award-winning international wedding Photographer who has done over a thousand weddings. He has the ability to capture the moment, and his enormous creative energy and vitality bring people and his pictures to life.
He also has a creative department where extensive digital manipulation can be done to enhance photographs, change colour to black & white, sepia or hand-coloured, and provide clients with a C.D. to email friends.

GERRIT VAN NIEKERK
Gerrit has been specialising in wedding photography for the past 10 year and has done more than 400 weddings. My equipment is the best available with the most recent accessories.
He likes to meet with the bridal couple a few times beforehand, to discuss and make notes of their likes and dislikes. This way he can make sure that will meet their expectations.
A very special feature of his, is the portable studio where he photographs the bride before the wedding. Here he is able to achieve a high quality photograph under the studio lights and be assured of the most beautiful portrait photos of the bride. He also likes to place the bridal couple in beautiful scenes with nature and architecture and strive to catch the intimate moments in these surroundings. This way he is able to capture the ambiance and mood of the special day in the photographs.

About me: I completed a Bachelors of Fine Art Degree, specialising in Fine Art Photography at Rhodes University in Grahamstown. I have been a freelance photographer in and around Cape Town for the past five and a half years. I specialise in, amongst others, wedding photography.
I believe that your wedding photographs should be romantic and uncluttered, they must capture the atmosphere and essence of your big day. I do a combination of black and white and colour photos, I hand print all the black and white photographs in my own darkroom as I believe in quality and consistency.

Photography is a professional career which Sally Haines came into by chance by extending her passion into a career which she has loved it ever since.
Her idea of photography is a modern way of thinking and that is depicting people as they really are: “lifestyle photography”.
Taking photographs has shown her the importance of recording our memories and how important photographs will be in the future, it is looking back and remembering a time in your life which meant the world to you.
In the Calendar of life events, a wedding ranks very near the top of the list in terms of significance. And in the weeks, months and years following the wedding day, it is a portfolio of wedding photographs that most vividly recalls the happiness and fun of the day.

SIMONE ALEXANDER
The photographic seed was planted growing up in an artistic family with a father who is extremely passionate about photography. My passion was unearthed while studying Graphic Design at Stellenbosch University during my 4 year degree. I discovered a love for the lens and a fascination for the way in which this artform is able to so aptly capture a moment in history.
I love the way an image can be interpreted in so many different ways - depending on the angle, the focus and the reference of the viewer. I've now 'officially' been doing photography for 8 years and am loving every minute of it. The feedback I get from my clients and the variety of my shoots makes for a dynamic, fun and extremely interesting career- and one that most importantly I am wildly passionate about!
