INTRODUCTION

The first step in interpreting these special wishes is to set up a clear line of communication. We find the most convenient way of doing so is via e-mail if you are not able to meet for a cup of coffee for a thorough consultation.

We will email you an extensive questionnaire so that you can provide us with as much details as possible. This allows us to provide detailed descriptions of the various locations offered and also enables us to send pictures of, for example, flower designs , possible venus. In this way you, the prospective couple, can get a really clear idea of what is offered and the details can be finalized from there.

For our full service weddings, we charge a wedding planning & co-ordination fee, based on the type of wedding, number of guests, and degree of complexity involved.

We will negotiate this with you up front, based on a rough outline of your requirements and the extent of our involvement to plan your special occasion.

Accordingly, our fee structure will vary, but typically should be between R8 000 and a maximum of R30 000. All supplier services will be offered to you at their cost, and these services can be invoiced to you directly by the relevant suppliers for payment.
